Thinking pink for breast cancer awareness

Three staff members and a student show off their pink in the hallway at Hackett

Last Friday’s fun day at William S. Hackett Middle School had a purpose besides fun: members of the school community wore pink to recognize Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Each Friday, is a fun day at Hackett, meaning students and staff are encouraged to wear clothing or accessories that reflect a particular theme. This week’s theme is “twin day” – look for plenty of dazzling duos this Friday!
